Product Overview:

This kit mainly use the hydrogel network to immobilize biomacromolecules in situ. And then use water to achieve isotropic expansion. Then the resolving ability improves proportionally to the tissue expansion ratio.

Features of Cell Expansion Kit:

1. Rapid & efficient. The cell can be expanded in 5 hours. The polymerized samples can expand ~4 fold in linear dimension and ~64 fold in volume. It can greatly break the resolution limit of optical microscopy.

2. Stable and reliable. This kit can preserve the cellular and subcellular structures effectively.

3. Wide application. The product can be used for expansion of various cell types, such as Hela, HER-293, A549 cells, etc.
